Under the Regulatory Reform (Fire Safety) Order 2005, responsible persons - such as landlords, business owners, or managing agents - must ensure the premises are regularly assessed for the risk of fire and safety of all occupants of the premises.
Our fire risk assessors are ex Fire and Rescue Senior Officers or have completed a Institution of Fire Engineers Approved Advanced Fire Risk Assessment Course and with over 150 years experience in the industry have an in-depth knowledge of fire safety regulations.
